My commitment to everyone's welfare and mental wellbeing comes from a deep belief that people deserve safety, connection, and the opportunity to heal and thrive. As an early years educator, counsellor, and trauma-informed therapist, I walk alongside children and families impacted by adversity, using play, attachment-focused, and trauma-reprocessing approaches to support recovery and growth.
